Return Window
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. (Please notice that the Non-Refundable Cases as below are not applicable for returns.)

*Products damaged due to improper assembly or use.
*Products without any manufacture defects and damages taken out of original *package.
*Damage exclusively to the outer packing.
Return Cases for Non-Manufacture-Defect Product usually includes but are not limited to:
Returns caused by duplicated orders.
Returns caused by cancellation request sent after the order has been shipped.
Returns caused by no logistic update after the product has been shipped and does not exceed the deliver-by date.
Returns caused by inaccurate shipping address provided.
Returns due to customer’s personal preference, unsuitable size and .

Customer shall bear the related shipping costs and operation fee for Non-Manufacture-Defect Product Returns. Original shipping freight, return freight and restocking operation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.Original Shipping Freight
The original shipping freight borne by Topskyfurniture-US will be deducted from the refund amount. Please refer to the chart below to see the shipping freight for different weight ranges.

2.Return Freight

Restocking Operation Fee
Restocking Operation Fee (10% of the product value) shall be deducted from the refund amount.This fee will not be charged if any provided pictures can prove the goods to be returned were not used.

Please find your order ID and contact TOPSKY service center before returning the product. For any returns that have been conducted without contacting us beforehand, we reserve the right to reject said returns and refuse to complete any services or accommodations associated with our Return Policy.
Send photos or videos of the product issue
For products with manufacture defects, please provide photos or videos and we will process a solution for you as soon as possible.
Return the product with provided return label
We will provide you with return labels for product returns. Then you can contact FedEx to send back the product to us.
Refund
For refund that do not require product to be returned, please refer to the table below to see how long it will take to issue the refund to you.
For refunds that requires product to be returned, we will issue the refund within 3 business days after the returned product is received.
